London Ontario sits along the Thames River which is the longest river in the world. It begins somewhere near Cheltenham in England and winds its way east to the estuary past Canvey Island (the home of Dr Feelgood) and into the ocean where it then heads south and then west towards North America. It is very very wide at this point. It gets narrow again when it hits Quebec and then makes it’s way to London Ontario where it is finally home. This is why they call it Home County. To celebrate the Thames and it’s incredible rock ‘n roll journey we will journey to the “Home County Arts and Music Festival” July 19-21 in London Ontario. There will be a river of notes and we will be your Dr. Feelgood. Come out and enjoy.
Roger Wilko Johnson and out!
